Major Responsibilities CRRC and MOTA Engil Colombia, as subcontractors of Medellin Metro, are responsible for the design, construction, testing and commissioning of the metro de la 80 project. As a global supplier of rail equipment, CRRC will supply the Metro de la 80 project with rolling stock, signalling systems, electrification systems, telecommunications systems, fire protection systems, automated ticketing systems and garage equipment. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Project Director manages the Medellin Metro de la 80 project and assumes responsibility for the project management of the railway system, ensuring that the delivery of the railway system is fully in line with the project schedule and cost, meeting quality and technical specifications. The main job responsibilities of the project director involve the overall management, coordination, monitoring and risk control of the project. Project planning and start-up: Responsible for the overall planning of Metro de la 80 electromechanical general contract project, including project target setting, scope definition, resource planning, etc. Clarify the roles and responsibilities of each member of the project team to ensure that the project starts smoothly. Team management and coordination: Lead and manage the project team, including project managers, engineers, technicians, etc., to ensure team collaboration.
