Key account manager

Job responsibilities:
• Lead and participate in the selection and negotiation process of downstream subcontractors, sort out the business response requirements back to back, and organize the lawyer team to draft subcontract based on this;
• Organize the formulation of negotiation objectives and strategies, lead and participate in contract negotiations, avoid contract risks, ensure contract quality, and organize negotiations and reach consensus on business principles;
• Organize and complete market price level research and implement downstream subcontractor quotation optimization and cost reduction negotiation;
• Organize contract review to ensure that the overall requirements, technical specifications and special management requirements within the team can be effectively communicated and the risk exposure is clear;
• Organize contract decision-making and signing, and organize the completion of contract handover;
