Communication engineer

• Responsible for the interpretation and clarification of the bidding documents of the owner and the alteration of AT documents of the communication system.
• Responsible for communication system optimization.
• Responsible for the review of communication system outputs.
• Responsible for communication system file input and output management
• Responsible for technical exchanges with communication system suppliers.
• Responsible for promoting the design schedule of communication system design institute and suppliers.
• Responsible for interface management (internal and external interfaces) of the communication system.
• Responsible for the investigation of the existing lines of the communication system and the existing depot /OCC technical data.
• Responsible for communication system quality management, change management and demand management.
• Responsible for supporting communication system related qualification access, municipal and transport-related docking work.
• Monitor the progress of the communication system plan.
• Assist the Head of Mechanical and Electrical Department/Communication Systems Project Manager to manage communication systems related work, including but not limited to schedule, risk, quality, cost, stakeholders, change, scope, integration management.
• Manage the project design institute and suppliers to ensure the supplier's performance meets the requirements.
Communication management, project event coordination including the coordination of strategies and tasks, leading special meetings to make decisions.
