Led the review of the status quo of the process capacity in the sample trial production stage, the special improvement of each process capacity and quality control and manufacturing efficiency improvement, to ensure that the cost and quality indicators have the industry competitiveness; 3. Led the process verification plan and verification of each process in the sample trial production stage, and output the manufacturing capacity improvement plan and effective control measures of each process; 4. Assist relevant departments to formulate process standardization work in sample trial production stage, such as PFMEA/ process flow chart /CP; 5. Led the relevant departments to overcome the important and difficult process problems in the sample trial production stage. Job qualification 1, bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years of battery industry experience; 2, proficient in cell process development, power battery process development experience is preferred; 3, have rich experience in field process optimization and improvement and leading the team experience, can independently carry out process optimization and improvement is preferred; 4, proficient in Minitab, DOE, 8D, 6Sigma and other engineering methods; 5, work actively, have good pressure resistance, strong communication skills.
