Recruitment: remote headhunting consultant (domestic direction)

Responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with the cooperation consultant to complete the recruitment of middle and high-end talents required by the customer company, and work as a remote headhunting consultant (domestic direction) to ensure that the candidates matching the requirements join the customer company as scheduled.

2. If you are good at developing and signing contracts with customer companies, you can also carry out customer signing work, and do a good job in project operation management and customer relationship maintenance.

3. Complete the annual personal repayment performance required by the company.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in recruitment of Party A and Party B or experience in headhunting, 2B sales, consulting and market-related positions is preferred.

2, willing to devote themselves to headhunting industry, high stability, clear career planning;

3. College degree or above;

4. Good at active communication and maintenance of personal relationships, strong learning ability, strong language communication ability, workplace thinking, and certain writing ability;

5. Good at phone calls and ice-breaking, able to establish strong interaction with candidates or working partners at a long distance.

Work location:

Location is not limited, you can choose a fixed country or city. However, it is recommended not to move areas too frequently.

Office mode and office hours:

Monday to Friday are working hours, nine to six in the morning. Normal holidays.

Compensation structure:

Basic salary + 40%-70% commission + performance salary

Assessment requirements:

In general, the basic assessment content is whether the quarterly, semi-annual and annual personal repayment performance meets the corresponding standards.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent spoken English, can communicate with foreigners using English fluently;

2. Have Party A and Party B recruitment experience or have headhunting, 2B sales, consulting, market-related business experience is preferred. If you have experience in foreign talent recruitment or international customer signing experience is the best.

4. Bachelor degree or above;

5. Have a basic understanding of international culture, be good at active communication and maintenance of personal relationships, have strong learning ability, strong language communication ability, have workplace thinking, and have certain writing ability;

6, good at telephone stranger worship and ice-breaking, able to establish strong interaction with candidates or working partners at a long distance;

7, have LinkedIn experience, such as the number of connections in more than 200 people is the best.
