We will accelerate the employment of college graduates

In order to promote the connection between the supply and demand of talents between universities and enterprises in key fields, and help college graduates achieve high-quality and full employment, during the series of activities of the Employment Promotion Week for College graduates in 2024, the Ministry of Education deployed universities and colleges all over the country to carry out large-scale campus recruitment activities to help a group of graduates who have employment intentions but have not yet implemented their employment direction to achieve employment. We will accelerate the employment of college graduates.

On May 28, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will jointly hold a special recruitment activity of "Excellent enterprises to recruit talents and talents" at Beijing Jiaotong University. A total of 122 specialized small and medium-sized enterprises and employers in key fields will participate in the job fair, involving information technology, finance, manufacturing, construction, medicine, transportation and other industries, providing more than 400 jobs. Nearly 3,000 people are needed. (See Annex 1 for the list)

The activity site will carry out the university-enterprise supply and demand docking simultaneously, with 54 enterprises in key areas and 30 universities participating (see Annex 2 for the list). In addition, "one-stop" services such as employment policy promotion, AI simulated interview, resume clinic, and legal consultation will be provided at the event site.

At the same time, various colleges and universities will organize and carry out large-scale recruitment activities of industrial, regional and alliance nature to gather employment resources and provide more job information for graduates. It is expected that 175 campus job fairs will be organized, with nearly 17,000 participating enterprises. (See Annex 3 for more information about the job fair.)
