Job Title

Remote full-time international headhunting consultant (minority language/English)

Note: This position is a full-time (Full-time) position of telecommuting. You need to sign a labor contract and pay five insurances and one fund. You cannot engage in other jobs at the same time during your employment.

Responsibilities

1. According to the international talent recruitment requirements of the client company, cooperate with the team consultant to complete the analysis of the industry, the client company and the position, as well as the position JD and JR, and locate the sourcing direction of the candidate.

2. Carry out sourcing work through network channels (LinkedIn or other), workplace contacts, active consultation of candidates, etc., find CV that meets the job requirements, and communicate with the candidates by telephone, email or WeChat and platform in-mail. While recommend the position of the customer company, understand the deep background information of the candidates, confirm the job matching, complete the talent recommend report and recommend it to the customer company.

3. Be responsible for the interview arrangement and follow-up, feedback, offer negotiation and entry work of follow-up candidates.

4. Ensure the completion of the performance target of individual annual baseline requirements.

 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in spoken languages (preferred Japanese, French, Spanish, Arabic, German, etc.), can communicate with foreigners without barriers, such as spoken English can also be used as a working language is better;

2. Can accept work challenges, pressure, have the ability to resist setbacks;

3. Have a sense of goal, strong self-driving force, can actively promote work, have patience and perseverance in work.

4. Good at commercialization, workplace communication, good at information search, text writing, relationship maintenance;

5. Have professional spirit and team spirit, professional, dedicated and friendly.

6. LinkedIn or other professional social platform experience is preferred.

7. The office location is not limited, it is necessary to arrange it independently and keep online communication smooth.

8. It is better to work and live overseas for a long time.

 

Compensation Structure

Basic salary + 40% to 70% commission + quarterly performance

 

Assessment content

Monthly, quarterly and semi-annual check of personal return performance and daily data as assessment criteria.
