Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design, development and optimization of general multimodal large models (including 1 billion, 10 billion, 100 billion and other parameters), including but not limited to pre-training, SFT, instruction fine-tuning, RLHF, Prompt engineering, model evaluation, model reasoning, etc;

2. Be responsible for completing the application product development based on the general multi-modal large model (such as marketing poster production, story picture book generation, image understanding, visual question and answer, etc.), ensuring the landing application of the large model project, and according to the user feedback continuous effect and user experience;

3, keep up with the industry's big model, multi-modal/language and other directions, explore cutting-edge technologies, form a series of algorithm/large model solutions, guide the algorithm team to develop landing work, promote the multi-modal large model effect to achieve industry-leading, including intelligent question and answer, graphic content generation.

Job Requirements

1, multi-modal understanding/generation, machine learning/deep learning and other computer-related majors to obtain a master's degree, doctor's degree is preferred, published large model-related research AI top paper is preferred;

2. Have a strong interest in large models and generative AI, and have an in-depth understanding of the principles and applications of at least one generative model, such as GPT4V, LLaVa, MiniGPT4, Stable Diffusion, CogVLM, DALLE, etc;

3. Proficient in CNN, RNN, Transformer, Bert, ViT and other deep learning theoretical algorithms and optimization;

4. Have in-depth understanding and practice of multi-modal large model training paradigm, etc., and experience in multi-machine multi-card large model training/large model fine-tuning/building multi-modal large model (over 10 billion parameters) from 0 to 1 is preferred;

Responsibilities

1. Combined with the company's progress, formulate and implement the company's lean production improvement project, optimize the production process, improve production efficiency, and achieve lean goals.

2. According to the company's annual business objectives, formulate lean production objectives and work planning and promote its implementation;

3. Through continuous improvement and production process optimization, reduce the input of various resources in the factory and improve production efficiency;

4. Use lean production methods and tools to identify company improvement opportunities, implement improvement actions and stabilize improvement results:

5. lead and promote the improvement project of lean production, and form a lean system within the company through standardized actions; 6. monitor the implementation situation of lean production in the factory, track and respond to the operation of lean production system in the factory;

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the electromagnetic design of small motor (cooling fan, blower).

2. According to customer requirements, sort out and decompose electromagnetic targets and specify the implementation plan of electromagnetic scheme.

3. Responsible for electromagnetic development of new projects and electromagnetic optimization of existing projects.

4. Support other CAE simulation work of the team.

Job Requirements

1. Master degree or above, major in electrical engineering and electrical engineering.

2. Proficient in the basic principles of permanent magnet synchronous motors and brushless DC motors, with solid theoretical foundation, able to perform field-circuit coupling calculations and multi-objective optimization of motors.

3. With more than 3 years experience in automobile small motor project, able to independently complete the electromagnetic development of the motor.

4. Proficient in one or two kinds of electromagnetic field finite element calculation software, such as Jmag, Maxwell,magnet, motorcad...

5. Familiar with automotive product development process, familiar with the motor materials, structure, process and other content.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years experience in software development, implementation and delivery and project management;

2, software engineering, information engineering, computer application science and information technology and other related majors, or management majors, need to be able to guide development engineers in system development and design, guide problem analysis and BUG processing;

3, proficient in demand research methods, have strong learning ability, communication and coordination ability;

4, have good logical thinking ability and anti-pressure ability, have a strong sense of teamwork;

5, have a good project plan, document writing ability, writing ability and program presentation ability;

6. PMP certificate or PM advanced certificate is preferred, and experience in software development and project management in automobile industry is preferred.
