2. Charge ratio:

Foreign capital or Sino-foreign joint venture headhunting company: the charging ratio is generally 30%-35% of the candidate's annual salary.

Domestic headhunting companies: the charging ratio is generally 20%-30%, which is determined according to the difficulty, scarcity, job level and salary of the enterprise. In addition, there are also headhunters who charge 10%-35% of the candidate's annual salary.
