Job responsibilities:
1. According to the company's business and strategic planning, make overall planning for the improvement of organizational capacity "supporting business and operation matching"; at the same time, promote the implementation of various HR policies, plans, programs and core key plans based on the understanding of strategy and business and through professional degree;
2. Establish and improve human resource management system from the perspective of business development, formulate and organize the implementation of human resource management system (including recruitment, training, performance, compensation and employee development, etc.);
3. Provide high-level decision-makers with special suggestions on organizational problem diagnosis and organizational capacity building on a regular basis, comprehensively apply human resources expertise to solve complex problems, and provide professional human resources information support for major decisions of the company.
Job requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, more than eight years of human resources work experience, more than five years of human resources management experience;
2. Proficient in all modules of human resources and have typical successful experience;
3. Have the ability to cooperate with the company's strategy, build an organization and promote organizational change;
4. Have high strategic thinking, good leadership and organization ability, analysis and judgment ability, communication and coordination ability.
