Legal director

Job Description :.

1. Able to independently communicate with business line departments, understand the whole process of legal support required by the business, provide solutions and track progress, including but not limited to independently drafting user agreements and privacy policies;

2. Responsible for drafting and reviewing business contracts and legal documents and handling related disputes, striving for the interests of the company;

3. Provide compliance assessment, risk assessment, consultation and other support for new business areas involved in the product line

4. According to business development requirements and relevant laws and regulations, optimize the main structure and operate the establishment, change and cancellation of business entities;

5. Other related legal affairs of the company.

Job Requirements: Work experience 1 of 2:

1.2-3 years of BP experience in legal affairs of Internet companies, understand the laws, regulations and policies of Internet advertising and Internet value-added business, and have front-line experience in corporate intellectual property protection and corporate anti-fraud

2.2-3 years of work experience in law firms, nearly 2 years of experience as a lawyer in civil and criminal cases of Internet companies, and in-depth understanding of corporate compliance.

Other requirements:

1. A full-time bachelor degree or above, major in law, passed the judicial examination;

2. Have business insight, independent thinking and problem solving ability;

3. Gentle personality, proactive, responsive, strong communication skills, learning ability, pressure ability to communicate immediately
