Multimodal intelligent Algorithm Engineer/expert

Job description
1. Propose AI solutions and algorithm models for related product requirements;
2. Algorithm scheme development, iteration and landing application;
3. Follow up new technologies in the industry and explore new technologies.

Job requirements
1, solid algorithm foundation: recognition, retrieval, multi-modal pre-training, probability statistics, numerical optimization and other related algorithms;
2, with text/visual/cross-modal understanding at least one direction of research and landing experience, text understanding/text contraction/text rewriting/title generation and other research and landing experience is preferred;
3, strong problem analysis and learning ability, can quickly follow up cutting-edge technology, and applied to practical problem solving;
4, good self-drive awareness and execution, practical ability, ACMICPC, NOI/IOI, top coder, Kaggle competition winners preferred;
5, as the main author of the published papers is preferred, ACL/EMNLP/NAACL/NIPS ICML/CVPR/ICCV, etc.
