Job description
1, responsible for the core business recommendation algorithm work, and cooperate with students from famous universities at home and abroad with rich industry experience to jointly build the industry recommendation system and provide users with product experience;
2. Apply cutting-edge machine learning technology to Tiktok's scene business, optimize user experience and promote business development;
3. The research direction includes but is not limited to: deep learning, graph neural networks, multi-task learning, learning to rank, model compression and acceleration, multi-modal technology, etc., combined with practical business problems to do a good job in technology exploration and research;
4. Work closely with product and operation teams to develop algorithm strategies to promote long-term prosperity and development of Tiktok ecosystem through in-depth understanding and analysis of products and users.

Job requirements
1, with coding ability, proficient in C++ and Python language;
2. Passionate about recommendation algorithms and machine learning, willing to learn, think and innovate;
3, good ability to analyze and solve problems, good communication skills and team spirit;
4, familiar with machine learning, natural language processing, data network mining one or more, recommendation system, computational advertising, search engine related fields experience is preferred.
