Algorithm Engineer/Senior expert recommended

Job description
1. Participate in the recommendation algorithm work of the fast growing live streaming business, and build the recommendation system of the industry by combining the ultra-large scale machine learning system;
2. Optimize the recommendation core algorithms and strategies (recall, rough scheduling, fine scheduling, mixed scheduling, etc.) of live broadcasting in multiple scenarios and full links to improve the efficiency of personalized live broadcasting distribution and recommendation;
3. Deeply understand the needs of users, anchors, platforms and other ecological roles, drive user experience, anchor growth, and platform revenue growth through continuous technological innovation and iteration, and optimize various vertical industries through live + empowerment;
4. Work closely with product and operation teams to develop algorithm strategies to promote long-term prosperity and development of live streaming ecosystem through in-depth understanding and analysis of products and users.

Job requirements
1, Have a solid programming foundation, good programming style and working habits, solid data structure and algorithm skills;
2, have solid machine learning/deep learning theory and rich practical experience, familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework;
3. Ability to analyze and solve problems, passionate about solving challenging problems; Good communication skills, proactive work, strong sense of responsibility, good team work ability;
4, Published papers at conferences, or ACM/ machine learning and other competitions, or have large-scale recommendation system, computational advertising, search engine and other core algorithm business experience is preferred.
