Hotel direct signed manager

Overseas Direct Sign Product Manager:

1. Expand potential DMC/hotel partners globally, introduce company products and business models, achieve cooperation agreement signings, and be responsible for achieving business performance objectives.
2. Develop business expansion work plans, exhibition plans, visitation plans, etc. based on business performance objectives, and promote the achievement of departmental performance goals.
3. Regularly maintain existing hotels/DMCs, collect customer feedback and promptly communicate with superiors or collaborative teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve performance objectives.
4. Establish and optimize business and cross-team workflows, promote automation, improve work efficiency, and assist in establishing and improving standardized business processes for the hotel business unit.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in hotel management, tourism management, or business administration.
2. 3-5 years or more of experience in business and direct hotel signing, especially in global hotel and DMC procurement.
3. Experience in the hotel industry, familiarity with hotel/DMC management and global distribution business logic, and knowledge of hotel industry procurement and sales processes.
4. Negotiation experience, good communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to learn quickly and think critically, adapt to cross-cultural work environments, handle stress, and be capable of working overseas.
9. English proficiency as a working language, fluency in a second foreign language is a plus.
