Job responsibilities and objectives:
1. According to the company's development strategy, organize the formulation of short and medium term human resources work plans, establish and improve the human resources management system, and formulate and improve the company's human resources policies.
2. Improve the professional ability of the human resources team, implement the collaborative model of three pillars/six modules of human resources, and help achieve business goals.
3. Responsible for the establishment of the core team and the core backbone of the business team, and promote the core talent training plan within the company;
4. Understand the enterprise development strategy, make organizational diagnosis of the business, provide suggestions, plan and participate in the implementation of the strategy of the business department, and improve human efficiency and organizational ability.

Job Requirements:
