Duty objective
1. Responsibility target team: decode group strategy, determine responsibility objectives, formulate human resources planning and major change plans, and create talent advantages.
2. Recruitment of organizational backbone: optimize the organization, set up posts, set up responsibilities, set up KPIs, recruit 10 high-end talents, set up commercial and hotel teams, and implement person-post matching.
3, performance incentive management: research unit performance, honor incentive program and long-term mechanism to stimulate the strivers to create high performance.
4. Promotion of cultural training products: Implement cultural values, study employee learning and development policies, and enhance professional professional ability.
5. Employee relationship management: Research effective and diversified communication channels, improve working and living environment, and make employees satisfied and passionate.
Job requirements
1. Educational background: a degree or above in human resource management/psychology related major;
2, knowledge structure: strategic target management, incentive mechanism construction, talent development system and other related knowledge
3, experience and skills: under 40 years old, more than 5 years of commercial real estate human resource management experience, with high-end human resources and long-term mechanism construction experience is preferred
4, ability and accomplishment: strong sense of boss, executive consciousness, full of passion, strong problem awareness, continuous improvement awareness
