Duty objective
1. Information collection and analysis: Organized research on information of domestic packaging and food enterprises, prices of customers, peers and competitive strategies, and achieved market share of more than 80% in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other major regions;
2, major customer selection and development: screen the TOP 100 customers in the domestic packaging and food industry, select and develop 50 packaging/food enterprises with a monthly demand of more than 100 tons, and jointly provide solutions for food enterprises;
3, standardization promotion: extended analysis of the needs of food enterprises, docking customer bosses to promote the simplification and integration of standard specifications, to help customers reduce inventory and improve profitability;
4. Marketing process informatization: Build an organizational iron triangle system, develop collaborative plans for sales force, delivery force and product force, open up the whole process from sales leads to opportunity points, delivery and payment collection, and improve customer satisfaction;
5. Team growth: team responsibility objectives and process management, organized practice case training twice/month, selected and trained 10 key talents to improve key customer development ability and execution;

Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, economic management, business administration, etc., with more than 3 years of sales management experience, with Huawei sales experience or familiar with Huawei marketing process is preferred;
2, systematic marketing management knowledge, careful work, customer awareness, strong awareness of problems, passion, pressure resistance;
