1. 2, major customer selection and development: develop foreign trade major customer development plan, develop packaging or food enterprises with a monthly demand of more than 100 tons, provide packaging solutions, introduce cooperation to set up factories, and increase sales revenue by ≥50%
3. Marketing process informatization: Build an organizational triangle system, develop collaborative plans for sales force, delivery force and product force, open up the whole process from sales leads to opportunity points, to delivery and payment collection, and improve customer satisfaction
4. Team growth: team responsibility objectives and process management, organized practice case training twice/month, selected and trained 10 key talents, and improved key customer development ability and execution ability.

Job Requirements:
1. Education and experience: Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as the working language, more than 5 years of experience in key account marketing management, successful cases in the field of B-side key account marketing, with key account resources in food and packaging industry is preferred.
2, market perception ability: have a keen market perception ability, can quickly grasp the market dynamics and direction.
