Job description

1. Responsible for communicating the group's overall human resources strategic planning, formulating and implementing regional human resources work plans;

2. Responsible for guiding and reviewing the regional company's annual human resources recruitment plan and implementation, identification of key personnel, selection and evaluation of cadres;

3. Responsible for coordinating the communication, guidance and implementation of personnel management among the group, business units and regional companies;

4. Formulate and implement the regional company inspection mechanism, promote system construction, recruitment management, training development, salary performance and labor cost budget implementation, labor dispute handling and evaluation of violations and discipline handling;

5. Assisted in the construction of the Group's personnel intensive system and standardized process, and improved the efficiency of regional personnel control;

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, Party member

2. At least 8 years of HR related working experience

3. Have good communication and coordination, problem solving, innovation and anti-pressure ability

4. Familiar with traditional modules of human resources and modern enterprise management, with large and medium-sized enterprise team management experience or HRBP experience is preferred

5. Have good professional ethics and good sense of teamwork

6. Accept permanent work in different places and obey the regional rotation arrangement
