Overseas brand manager

Job responsibilities:
1. According to the company's strategic planning and business objectives, formulate the development strategy and work plan for domestic key customers
2. Develop marketing strategies and sales plans for domestic key customers, and make quick reactions and timely adjustments according to market changes
3. Funny management team, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the team, lead the members to complete the sales tasks assigned by the company, and undertake the sales performance assessment indicators of the domestic agricultural and animal husbandry center.
4. Collect information about the industry and competitive products, understand the development trends of the industry and competitive products, and put forward market segmentation strategies and plans in a timely manner.
5. Provide constructive advice on the company's brand building, marketing promotion, major marketing activities and product improvement and upgrading in the agriculture and animal husbandry industry.

Job Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, doctor's degree is preferred. Animal science, animal nutrition, animal husbandry related majors.
2. More than 10 years of marketing executive experience in agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises, familiar with the current situation and development trend of agricultural and animal husbandry industry, master the latest market and trend of animal feed main materials.
3. Have large feed, breeding enterprise customer resources, good at leading the team bidding, good at breaking through large customer orders.
4. Strong overall management, communication and coordination, language skills, good at mobilizing team enthusiasm, can effectively motivate subordinates to achieve sales targets.
5. Adapt to the working and living environment in the Greater Bay Area (Guangdong), and adapt to frequent business trips.
