Hotel Business manager

1. Expand potential DMC/hotel regions globally, introduce company products and business models, reach cooperation agreement and be responsible for achieving business performance targets;
2. Develop business expansion work plan, exhibition plan, visit plan, etc. according to business performance targets, and promote the achievement of department’s overall performance targets;
3. Regularly maintain existing hotels/DMCs, collect customer feedback and promptly communicate with superiors or collaborative teams to improve customer satisfaction and achieve performance targets;
4. Establish and optimize business and cross-team workflow, promote automation, enhance work efficiency, assist in establishing and improving standard business processes of the hotel division.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in hotel management, tourism management, business management or related fields is preferred;
2. 3-5 years of experience in business and hotel direct contracting, especially related experience in global hotel and DMC procurement;
3. Experience in the hotel industry, familiar with hotel/DMC management and global distribution business logic, familiar with hotel industry procurement and sales processes;
4. Possess negotiation experience, good communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities;
5. Possess the ability to learn quickly and think critically, integrate into a cross-cultural working environment, have certain stress resistance, and be able to handle overseas work;
6. English is the working language, proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred.
