Video technology client Leader

Job responsibilities

1. Participate in and lead the XiaoHongshu video client team to land product business and lead the team to achieve business objectives;
2. Cooperate with and link the business to complete the technology selection and program promotion of important and key modules, and lead the team to achieve the implementation;
3. Promoted the upgrade of business architecture from the architect's perspective, took charge of the evolution of the overall video framework and the upgrade of basic components, and pursued the framework experience;
4. With excellent business capabilities and data capabilities, can continue to improve video interactive experience and performance experience from a technical perspective;
4. Responsible for building and upgrading the video client team, optimizing the team development mode, process and specifications, improving the overall efficiency of the team and maintaining the team's combat effectiveness.

Qualifications:
1. Solid Android or iOS foundation, more than 5 years of client development experience, with at least 5-10 team leading experience is preferred;
2. Experience in large-scale APP module reconstruction, business architecture design and successful implementation experience is preferred;
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to lead the team to complete the task, dual stack experience is preferred;
4. Strong understanding of complex business architecture, systematic thinking on client stability and performance optimization, driven by data and technology, focusing on efficiency, and able to profoundly influence others;
5. Experience in Android is preferred:
- Android performance optimization, experience optimization and other related work content;
- Complete componentized design, containerized framework design related work content;
- Familiar with Android Framework or related work content at ROM manufacturers;
- Linux perf, systrace, perfetto and other tools have rich experience in use or custom development;
- Familiar with virtual machine (ART), rendering (Skia/OpenGL/Vulkan) or related work.
6. Experience in iOS is preferred:
- iOS performance optimization, experience optimization and other related work content;
- Complete componentized design, containerized framework design related work content;
- In-depth understanding of the use and mechanism of Instruments, Matrix and other performance debugging tools;
- In-depth iOS startup items, front and back app loading operation mechanism.
