Job responsibilities:
1. Formulated brand and category planning, sales planning and cost control according to the company's overall strategic planning
2. Responsible for brand and category expansion, investment negotiation and operation, maintaining core brand relations, and striving for channel resources;
3. Coordinated the overall work and plan of the team, completed the sales budget, undertook the sales, gross profit and conversion rate and other indicators;
4. Industry and market research and feasibility analysis, expansion and planning, pricing, price system analysis and formulation, operation efficiency analysis;
5. Improve and optimize the work system and process to provide more efficient solutions for the business
6. Cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than 10 years of work experience in sales and channel management, more than 5 years of team management experience:
