Qualifications:
1. Professional qualification: English Level 6 or above. Fluent oral English
2. Education background: Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering, rubber, marketing, management, etc.
3. Experience: More than 3 years purchasing experience.
4. Knowledge: Proficient in computer operation, effective use of office hardware and software provided by the company. Good statistical analysis ability to predict market dynamics based on effective information.
5. Skills: Have high procurement negotiation skills; Have high supplier relationship maintenance ability and internal coordination and communication ability, good English knowledge.
6. Personality requirements: good moral character, serious and responsible work, have a strong sense of corporate responsibility.
