Process specialist

1. Formulate standard documents and processes for process management and research, design process equipment according to production needs, and be responsible for verification and improvement;
2. Assist the construction consultation, evaluation and design of engineering projects and sporadic projects of the base, organize and carry out process safety analysis (HAZOP, LOPA, etc.) at various stages;
3. Promote the establishment of process safety management (PSM) system, control process changes, and enhance the safety awareness of process technical engineers and front-line production operators;
4. Assist in organizing manufacturing center lean improvement and production technology management (6σ), optimize the system, process and document system related to production technology;
5. Organize the process data analysis and optimization plan formulation, and promote the research and industrialization of key manufacturing technologies.
6. Organize and carry out product process technology research and technical improvement work, design technical plans and measures, optimize product process routes, and realize continuous iteration and upgrading of manufacturing technology;
7. Cooperate with the research and development of new product selection & design reaction, separation and other unit device technology research, organize to carry out the amplification effect and bottleneck research of small pilot test and industrial production process, and realize the industrialization of new product achievements.
