Pressure vessel design

Job responsibilities:

1. Independently design and check the pressure vessel to ensure that the pressure vessel meets the relevant standards and technical requirements;

2. Mechanical automation parts design and selection, can preliminarily complete the design scheme according to the optimization results and innovative technology;

3. Technical connection of outsourced design and processing of pressure parts to ensure the quality, safety and reliability of pressure parts;

4. Communicated and coordinated with other departments to jointly implement the design plan.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, major in process equipment and control engineering, safety engineering, fluid machinery, engineering mechanics, etc.

2. Have comprehensive professional and technical knowledge of pressure vessels, familiar with domestic design standards such as "solid volume regulation" and "GB150", and understand the relevant standards of ASME;

3. More than 3 years of independent design experience in pressure vessels, high pressure quick opening devices or small medium and high pressure pressure devices;

4. Proficient in AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS and other drawing and simulation software;

5. Experience in design and development of supercritical extraction device and drying device is preferred;
