Job responsibilities:
• Assist the general manager of the division in the sales and management of the military business: lead the sales team to expand the market and ensure that the sales performance and payment targets can be achieved.
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies and plans: according to the overall marketing strategy of the division and the characteristics of the military market, formulate and implement corresponding marketing strategies and plans, including product positioning, marketing promotion, channel expansion, etc.
• Maintain cooperative relations with the military and related enterprises: be responsible for establishing good cooperative relations with the military and related enterprises, maintain daily communication and exchange, and ensure that the company's solutions and products can enter the market smoothly.
• Participate in major bidding projects: Responsible for organizing and implementing major bidding projects of the company, ensuring the smooth landing of the projects and bringing stable orders and income to the company.
• Sales team training and motivation: responsible for the construction and personnel training of the sales team, improve the sales team structure, and carry out market layout according to the characteristics of the military business. Develop and implement incentive policies to keep the team dynamic and competitive.
• Market information collection and analysis: Responsible for collecting and analyzing relevant information of the military industry market, such as competitor dynamics, industry trends, etc., to provide support for the company's decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above, under the age of 45;
• At least 8 years of experience in military industry information business marketing;
• Excellent sales team management and leadership skills, able to develop and implement sales strategies, motivate team members and achieve sales targets. ;
• Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, good decision-making judgment, team management, organization and coordination and execution ability;
• Familiar with market trends, policies, regulations and technical developments of the military industry, with financial analysis and other capabilities
• Have the physical and psychological quality to perform the job normally, and have no record of bad behavior affecting the job. Able to travel for a long time
