Deputy General Manager (in charge of delivery)

Job responsibilities:

1. Assisted the general manager of the department in formulating the department development strategy, assisted the daily operation and management of the department, and ensured the implementation effect of the daily management and project delivery of the department;

2. Responsible for developing the management process within the department and ensuring the implementation effect of the management process;

3. Responsible for the overall management of the department's pre-sales bidding and project delivery, and the implementation of the company's project delivery management system;

4. Responsible for the delivery process management of key strategic projects, the key links in the implementation process, and the risk control and problem solving of the system's online operation;

5. Responsible for daily organization, coordination, training and other management of pre-sales bidding and delivery teams within the department;

6. Complete other work assigned by the leader.

Qualifications:

1, with a college degree or above, the age of 45 years old;

2, with more than 5 years of military industry information project design, pre-sale bidding and delivery experience, 3 years of daily operation and management experience;

3. Proficient in project management, able to conduct overall management of multiple projects being implemented in the department;

4, with a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, good decision-making judgment, team management, organization and coordination and execution ability;

5. Have the physical and psychological quality to perform the job normally, and have no record of bad behavior affecting the job;

6. Can adapt to long-term business trips.
