EMC Laboratory Manager

Job responsibilities:

1, familiar with EMC, RF test standards, especially FCC/CE test standards;

2. Responsible for third-party laboratory operation and daily management;

3. Responsible for laboratory capacity building, reasonable arrangement of testing tasks and site testing arrangements;

4, responsible for laboratory personnel management, deployment, equipment management and safety management;

5. Responsible for laboratory quality management, establish and maintain quality control system;

6. Coordinate the cooperation and relationship with various departments;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics;

2, more than 10 years of work experience, laboratory testing experience, familiar with EMC and RF technical standards, test methods, test processes and test instruments and equipment;

3, familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory operation system, participation in CMA, CNAS, A2LA qualification audit is preferred.
