Job responsibilities:
1. Human resources strategic planning: According to the company's strategic system, formulate medium and long-term talent strategic planning and overall human resources planning that adapt to the company's development, participate in the decision-making of major issues of the company, and provide suggestions on human resources strategy and organizational construction to the general manager;
2. Recruitment and allocation: responsible for the establishment and improvement of the staff recruitment management system, the formulation of scientific and reasonable recruitment plans, and the supervision of talent pool construction and talent reserve management;
3. Organization diagnosis: Through human resources tools such as talent inventory, build an efficient and high-execution organization, and be responsible for establishing an effective incentive mechanism to stimulate the potential of employees, continuously motivate employees, and give full play to their enthusiasm and creativity;
4. Cultural construction: Formulate corporate culture construction plans, precipitate and refine corporate values, clarify corporate vision and purpose, business philosophy and talent guidelines and policies, and improve corporate cultural values system;
5. Training management: Organize and establish a team of internal and external training instructors, improve the annual training plan, and cultivate outstanding talents for the development of the company;
6. Performance management: Develop a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system, assess employees objectively and fairly, supervise and guide the performance appraisal process, and constantly optimize the performance management system;
7. Salary and welfare management: According to the economic benefits and social environment of the enterprise, formulate reasonable employee salary management system and implementation plan, design salary system and standardize salary management;
8. Employee relationship management: Establish internal communication mechanism, properly handle personnel flow and labor relations, timely track and analyze personnel flow, and reduce the turnover rate of employees.
Job Requirements:
1, full-time bachelor degree or above, 985 and 211 preferred;
2, with more than 10 years of excellent research, production and marketing integrated enterprise human resource management experience, with rapid growth stage of private enterprises working experience is preferred;
3, with strategic thinking and business awareness, excellent communication and coordination skills, leadership, driving force, strong self-drive and learning ability;
4. Have a systematic understanding of human resources and rich practical experience, and experience in group management is preferred;
5, with entrepreneurial ownership and struggle spirit, results-oriented, integrity and integrity.
