Senior back-end R&D engineer

Job description

1. Responsible for building demand development and implementation of e-commerce related business sections, providing good purchasing service experience for C-end consumers, and good business tools and platforms for merchants;

2. Continuously optimize the structure of e-commerce related sections, improve system stability and performance for the C side, ensure stable and reliable access to the system in the face of massive traffic, and achieve good abstract design for the B side, improve system scalability, and support complex and changeable business needs;

3. Continuously improve the functional architecture, improve the R & D efficiency and delivery quality, and ensure the continuous, efficient and reliable delivery of business requirements.

Job requirements

1, more than 3 years of server-side development experience, with high concurrency distributed system design and development experience, rich experience in online system problem handling;

2, proficient in Go development or have the intention to Go, have strong architectural ability and good code standards;

3, e-commerce, group buying, distribution and other related e-commerce business development experience is preferred;

4, strong sense of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills, have a strong medium and long-term planning ability;

5. Have good domain modeling ability and abstract design ability, and have special dedication to scalability, stability, performance and quality;

6. Experience in complex project management and execution, good product awareness and attention to data;

7, computer, communication, mathematics and other related majors, e-commerce related field experience is preferred.
