German Project Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the investigation, evaluation and implementation of overseas projects. Including pre-project demonstration, feasibility study, risk identification and project approval;

2, responsible for project management, participate in the construction of the project team and lead the project team work, coordinate the internal and external relations related to the project; Formulate project objectives and plans, control project costs, track project progress management, and ensure project execution as planned;

3. Responsible for developing new overseas customers, providing pre-sales support in the early stage of docking projects, providing accurate technical solutions according to the requirements of technical agreements, and providing technical support to sales;

4. Coordinate relevant departments to deal with problems in the process of project promotion;

5, responsible for technical exchanges with customers, clear customer needs, preparation of customer demand information table;

6. Completed the project, summarized all management and technical data related to the project, and submitted the project performance evaluation report;

7, comply with the company's information security system standards, do not disclose the company's confidential information.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical and electronics, machinery and automation engineering is preferred;

2. Overseas working experience is preferred

3, more than 3 years of project management experience, skilled use of project management for project cost-benefit management, project progress, quality control and resource integration;

4, can independently undertake large-scale projects, understand cost accounting, have rich experience in project management team management;

5. Strong project control and promotion ability, good planning and execution ability, coordination ability and communication ability;

6, have excellent ability to predict risks, problems and bottlenecks and take the initiative to solve;

7, proactive, with a high sense of responsibility, able to withstand strong work pressure;

8, familiar with various office software, PMP or other project management certification is preferred;

9, fluent in oral English, can directly communicate with customers in writing/oral. Knowledge of German, Spanish, Hungarian or other languages is preferred
