Supply Chain Director (Cross-border E-commerce)

Job responsibility

1. Responsible for organizing the formulation of the entire supply chain strategy according to the company's development strategy, coordinating the reasonable distribution and adjustment of various resources, and promoting the implementation of goals and plans;

2, design and improve the company's supply chain system, develop and improve the practical procurement, warehousing, logistics, production, quality and other management workflow, implement monitoring and management, ensure product quality, and constantly optimize according to business changes;

3, fully responsible for the effective operation of procurement, planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, quality and other links;

4. Establish and improve supplier development, maintenance, tracking and evaluation system;

5, regularly prepare, perform analysis and dynamic management of supply chain budgets and expenses, good at using industry information and new ways to reduce supply chain costs;

6. Responsible for leading the staff training and selection of the supply chain center, ensuring the improvement of the overall team's personnel quality, and ensuring the standard and efficient operation of the supply chain business;

Job requirements

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, science and engineering background is preferred.

2.10 years or above working experience in cross-border mall supply chain, including more than 5 years of team management experience.

3. Familiar with the operation process of supply chain management, able to effectively plan, integrate and optimize resources in procurement, quality, planning, warehousing and logistics.

4, solid logistics knowledge and practical experience, with a wealth of logistics service provider management and practical operation experience;

5, with a good production supply chain system management concept, more than one billion brand companies production supply chain management experience is preferred;

6. Excellent cross-department organization and coordination skills, good negotiation, interpersonal communication skills and team cooperation skills.

7. Result oriented, with strong logical thinking and leadership skills.
