For Sales

Realize sales target of the designated accounts 

Implement product/market strategies as agreed with reporting manager 

Develop new customers 

Possess sound knowledge of product range and pricing structure 

Maintain a thorough understanding of product demand in the market, be familiar with competitive product pricing and strategies

Promote the Company’s products

Answer inquiries and preparing quotation according to pre-determined price level.

Monitor general records on customers’ individual profile, visiting reports, quotation, sales records, and ensure the records are up-to-date 

Cultivate relationship with customers (existing and new) 

Guide technical representative 

Facilitate commercial claim Marketing 

Report all information on market trends/competitors’ activities to reporting manager Technical 

Provide technical support to customers 

Coordinate bulk trials at customers upon request either by customer or by reporting manager 

Identify customers’ technical needs and provide feedback to reporting manager for allocation of technical support. 

Familiar with the Company’s full product range. Asset Management 

Recommend credit limit / payment terms on new customers 

Responsible for customer outstandings Others Be familiar with the Company’s Quality Management System and to perform the job duties accordingly
