Job description: Overall management of sales strategy, budget, quality inspection, training, etc
Job responsibilities:
1. Standardize the internal management of the department, formulate relevant processes and systems, and track and give feedback;
2. Follow up the business achievement of the department, implement it to the specific person in charge, and follow up the implementation process;
3. Calculate and disassemble sales budget according to sales strategy, allocate reasonable budget resources for target achievement and organizational development;
4. Analyze the sales process, disassemble the business rhythm, output feasible implementation plans, formulate promotion plans, and continuously promote iterations to ensure results and efficiency;
5. Execute corresponding marketing activities according to sales nodes, and summarize and feedback the effect of activities in time;
6. Summarized and sorted out the basic data within the department according to the business requirements and the actual situation, and formed an analysis report;
7. Through daily sampling, data analysis, etc., understand the key points of the business team's breakthrough, and help improve the pain points of business services;
8. Build and ensure the quantity and quality of the sales team, build the training system and quality model of sales personnel, and design the sales rank system;

Job requirements:
