1. Formulated the company's financial strategy, and presided over the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the company's financial strategy planning;

2. Establish and improve the financial management system, carry out effective internal control, and standardize the company's financial management;

3. Responsible for the company's financial management and internal control, complete the annual financial budget according to the company's business development plan, and track its implementation;

4. Develop the company's capital operation plan, supervise the fund management report and the preliminary and final accounts, and review the company's major capital flow;

5. Overall planning and management of the company's tax, timely completion of tax declaration and annual audit;

6. Establish and maintain good relationships with government finance and taxation departments, banks, accounting firms and other external institutions;

7. Report the company's operating status, operating results, financial revenue and expenditure and the specific situation of the plan to the company's senior management, provide financial analysis for the group's senior management, and put forward useful suggestions.
