E-commerce Operations Manager/Director (Standard)

1. Responsible for the decomposition of sales targets and traffic targets of each store of the project, formulation of promotion strategies and delivery plans, and dynamic optimization according to the actual situation to ensure the achievement of targets;

2. Conduct in-depth analysis of various traffic sources on the platform, communicate with the operation team in a timely manner, continuously improve traffic through adjustment, effectively utilize traffic, and rationally configure traffic structure;

3. Guided the diagnosis and analysis of store operation, found the problems in the store through the data analysis of the industry and competitors, and proposed optimization suggestions to the operation team;

4. Summarize and refine platform promotion skills, research and judge trends, and output response plans;

5. Use various data tools to build and improve data analysis system and provide data analysis reports to improve project operation efficiency;

6. Responsible for team building, training and daily management.
