Job responsibilities
1. Formulated brand and category planning, sales planning and cost control according to the company's overall strategic planning;
2. Responsible for brand and category expansion, investment negotiation and operation, maintaining core brand relations, and striving for channel resources;
3. Coordinated the overall work and plan of the team, completed the sales budget, and undertook the sales volume, gross profit and conversion rate and other indicators;
4. Industry and market research and feasibility analysis, expansion and planning, pricing, price system analysis and formulation, operation effect analysis;
5. Improve and optimize the work system and process to provide solutions for the business;
6. Cross-departmental communication and collaboration.

Job requirements
1. College degree or above, more than 10 years of work experience in sales and channel management, more than 5 years of team management experience;
2. Industry and market experts, rich brand resources; Proficient in brand management, business negotiations, familiar with the operation mode of e-commerce;
3. Sensitive business sense, big picture view, excellent communication and coordination skills; Have good professional ethics, strong self-drive.
