Job requirement

1. Proficient in consulting CMI, SRM, SPM, EM and other English manuals of related components;
2. Familiar with fasteners involved in aircraft component structural repair, understand the standard nominature of MS, WAS, CR and other fasteners, and be familiar with the selection and use of corresponding disassembly tools;
3. Proficient in the arrangement principles of various fasteners in the process of structural repair, and can find the basis in relevant airworthiness documents;
4. Be able to correctly select, set and use various measuring tools to measure the damage of components;
5. Familiar with the theoretical knowledge of composite materials, understand the layer structure, sandwich structure, can judge the direction of various non-plain fiber materials by the layout of longitude and latitude lines, understand the honeycomb type and applicable conditions;
6. Can correctly select the corresponding breathable felt and isolation film according to the repair plan in the airworthiness document independently, and correctly complete the vacuum packaging work, without bridging, air leakage, etc.;
7. Can independently operate the heat repair instrument for wet patch or dry patch repair heating and curing. During the curing process, local heating or cooling control can be achieved without stopping the machine or removing the vacuum bag;
8. CCAR-66 R3 license is preferred, license English level 3 or above is preferred.
