Match-three game master planner

Job Description: Experience in successful Marine three consumption projects is preferred;
1. Responsible for the analysis of non-competing products and industry, timely grasp the industry trends, and determine the product operation strategy;
2. Responsible for the work arrangement, guidance, training and supervision of the planning team, and responsible for the team output.
3. Carry out some key product framework design, such as balance design, user hierarchical design, etc
4. Cooperate with PM, producer, launch department, technical team, etc., to iterate design quality

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in match-3 game planning, at least 3 years of experience in match-3 core planning and above
2. Strong executive ability and self-motivation
3. Data analysis ability
4. Ability to communicate design

Bonus points:
- Have a successful match-3 sea game ($300w moon water) project experience;
- Ability to use tools for rapid prototyping;
- Have certain data analysis ability.
