Head of event planning and operation

Job responsibilities:
1. Establish a complete overall plan for event operation, and build a cooperation platform for international and domestic events;
2. Design and supervise the implementation of the integrated program of competition projects and industrial development according to the planning;
3. Establish long-term cooperative relations with institutions, organizations and events in the industry, and establish domestic and international cooperation on this basis;
4. Establish the image of corporate event operation;
5. Establish and maintain public relations with government agencies, partners, media and other units;
6. Guide the research and development of own IP projects, match the event content suitable for injection into venue operation;
7. Responsible for developing various types of sports event management systems and management standards;
8. Ensure the completion of the event operation objectives responsible for the company;
9. Set up an effective event operation team and structure, and continuously train and develop team members.

Job Requirements:
1. Have resources and experience in international and domestic competitions and work background in well-known sports enterprises;
2. Have a certain understanding of the ecological chain of the sports industry, and be good at building a new sports ecological chain;
3. Extensive domestic contacts and local government resource background.
